What a magical place!
This weekend, I drove down to Moab with my good friend, Meg Olenick, and her parents. I didn’t know what to expect- I’ve heard amazing things about Moab but growing up on the East coast I was never much of a camper, hiker, or mountain biker. Needless to say this weekend had many firsts for me.
We camped in Moab, and it was really nice because Meg’s mom and step dad had their camper so we had gourmet camping meals each night. There were lots of campfires, card games, and music. By day, we went mountain biking which was really exciting because I’ve never been before and it was one of the best experiences ever. One day we went on a six hour hike on some uncharted trails and just explored for hours.
Moab’s mountains and rocks really know how to make a human feel small! The views were glorious and would go on forever. Weathered rocks ranged from blues and greens, and oranges and browns. The arches were pretty amazing and knowing that they have been there for hundreds of years just adds to the awe. It was an amazing trip, and I absolutely can’t wait to go back and hopefully do some more backpacking trips all over the world. The universe inspired and humbled me once again this weekend.
Thank you to Meg, Molly, and Big A for the wonderful times!

What’s up Everybody?
I hope you’re all doing well. I sure am. My mom surprised me this last weekend and showed up in Salt Lake City to spend the weekend with me before I head off to New Zealand on Wednesday. It was so nice to get some family time in, and I was really excited to show her my life out here. She got to hang with my little Cat Dennis, and we went golfing, and then went to this cool mountain called Sundance, which is actually owned by Robert Redford. We went on some hikes and ate delicious food. It was such treat to have her here, especially right before I head to New Zealand.
I’m heading to New Zealand Wednesday with the US Team. It’s spring in New Zealand so we’re hoping to go shred on some soft snow and hopefully learn some new tricks, if the weather cooperates. I’m so excited to go on a trip again and see all my friends. Matt Ladley, Greg Bretz, Kelly Clark, Gretchen Bleiler, Maddy Shaffrick and some other fun shredders are gonna be the there so it should be good times! Follow my instagram to stay up to date on my NZ photos if you want. I’ll try to write another blog and have some cool photos when i’m over there.
Happy Fall Everyone!

Sorry I haven’t blogged in a while. It’s been a busy couple weeks. I’ve been in Utah training, and then last weekend I flew to L.A. to celebrate my 21st birthday.
I wanted to bring a bunch of my friends together and enjoy some fun in the sun. We rented a fabulous house in Hollywood where we could all just gather and hang by the pool. There was such an epic crew, it it was definitely a birthday to remember. Some of the highlights included, the house, dancing, singing, drum circles, sushi, beach, Jonas brothers, and just quality hang time with friends.
Thank you to everyone who came, and to those who couldn’t come, you were missed, but there in spirit one hundred percent. This weekend made me realize how lucky I am to have so much love and friendship in my life, and I truly appreciate everyone around me. Hope you all like the pictures!

My fellow Coachella faces were: Elena Hight, Greg Bretz, Luke Mitrani, Hayley Simpson, Jack Mitrani, Danny Davis, Cole Barash, with frequent glimpses of Chanelle Saldics, Gabi Viteri and Kjersti Buaas.
Let me first start off by saying I have never been to a music festival and I didn’t exactly know what I was signing up for. I called Elena a couple weeks ago, and we randomly started talking about our plans and decided that we must take control of our schedules, and we decided to schedule in some festival time filled with music, dancing, BBQ’s, friends, and did I mention dancing? Cause there were nights filled with endless amounts of dancing!
I don’t want to explain what everything is like at Coachella because everyone needs to go check it out for themselves. If you are with the right people and you’re up for a good time, then Coachella will most definitely be a success. Some of the bands that I really enjoyed were The Givers, The Black Keys, The Shins, Florence and The Machine, and of course Day 3’s headliner Snoop Dogg and Dr. Dre with surprise performances from Eminen, Wiz Khalifa, and 50 Cent. Wiz Khalifa joined Snoop Dogg to sing their new hit “Young, Wild, & Free” which everyone went crazy for. Tupac also made an appearance as a hologram and performed with Snoop and Dre.
Hope you guys enjoy the pictures!
